Cancellation Policy

At Finoan, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We strive to offer a clear and fair cancellation policy so your shopping experience is worry-free and transparent.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Our team moves quickly to prepare each linen garment with care, so timely cancellation requests are essential.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately at shop@Maison Lyra.
  • Include your order number and details to expedite processing.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is received within the allowed time and before order processing, we will confirm the cancellation via email.
  • Your payment will be fully refunded through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • However, you may initiate a return once you receive the product according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

5. Partial Cancellations

Partial cancellations (cancelling some items in a multi-item order) are subject to approval and may not be possible once processing has started. Please contact us promptly to discuss options.

6. Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any fees for cancellations made within the 24-hour window before processing. For cancellations requested after processing, please refer to our return policy.

7. Impact on Special Orders or Customizations

If you order customized or personalized linen apparel, cancellation requests after production begins may not be possible. Please contact us immediately for any concerns.
